Our modern fish processing plants are directly located nearby the sea in Wilhelmshaven (Germany) and Wimille / Boulogne-sur-Mer (France). With more than 400 employees, our factory at the Jadebusen in Wilhelmshaven, produces 1.3 million fish meals per day while guaranteeing that highest quality standards are fulfilled on all our 10 production lines. Gelmer factory located in Boulogne-sur-Mer was acquired in 2016 as a new member of the Greenland Seafood family. More than 200 employees are working full three dayshifts, on our 6 lines, to produce tailormade breaded, battered and natural fish specialties while ensuring absolute flexibility and security of supply. With a hint of creativity, qualitative ingredients and international experience, our in-house research & development team creates a full range of products, which offers innovation, food safety, a high convenience level and treat.

New in our assortment are natural fish fillets with a crispythin coating. Enjoy tender and juicy fish fillet from MSC certified rawmaterial with innovative breading recipes.
