Hand-crafted in the USA using fresh Sushi Grade Atlantic salmon responsibly sourced from certified sustainable producers. Traditionally dry cured and cold smoked over a bed of locally sourced Florida orange + grapefruit wood to create a light fruit wood smoke flavor. Fully trimmed by hand, 100% blood line removed, and skinless. SAINT® Pure Salmon retail and wholesale presentations are custom made to order and available in two of our slice profiles – sashimi (vertical), and diagonal (D cut). Kosher Certified. A good source of Omega 3.
