The Canadian Atlantic Halibut fishery is MSC Certified. The majority of Atlantic Halibut is shipped from Nova Scotia fresh or frozen, H&G unprocessed. Halibut is a saltwater fish, that is a member of the flatfish family. It has a mild flavour and low fat content, it is firm, and white meated. The Atlantic Halibut are fished by the fleet off the coast of Nova Scotia, where they land various sizes year-round.

Atlantic Canadian lobster are MSC Certified. They are harvested from the Atlantic Canadian waters the same way they have been for generations. Lobster season in our district begins the last week of November and ends May 31. We provide our customers with the freshest product available. Atlantic Canadian lobster are transported all over the world, destined for restaurants, supermarkets and in home kitchens. Atlantic Canadian lobster is truly an exclusive delicacy in appearance, size and taste.

This Swordfish fishery is MSC Certified. It is fished off the coast of Nova Scotia and further. Swordfish is fished with hook-and-line gear, the season starts in June and continues through until October.  

Bluefin Tuna is fished off the waters of Nova Scotia starting the first of June until mid October. It is fished by long-line fleet throughout the season. Rod and reel fishing fleets season begins the first of October until mid November.  Bluefin Tuna is landed packaged and shipped into our foreign and domestic markets. 

We have some of the best scallops in the World, they are caught in the Bay of Fundy, Home of the World Famous Digby Scallops. Our Scallop season is open year-round.
