Our production, logistics and warehousing are fully adapted for international sales. Lightly salted fillets & slices are cured only with a little salt and have a mild and fresh taste. Cold smoked fillets & slices are naturally smoked over alder wood and have a firmer texture and subtle smokey flavor.
