Regal Springs appoints new marketing director

Keith Kandt has joined Regal Springs AG as its new director of marketing, the company announced on 15 October. 

Over the course of his career so far, Kandt has built an impressive portfolio of iconic consumer brands, including NatureSweet Tomatoes, Blue Bunny Ice Cream, Pinnacle Foods, and RB. Kandt’s brand-building expertise was a major factor in his hiring for Regal Springs, according to Dennis Roberts, the company’s executive vice president for North America.

“Keith’s experience in building brands by creating value in the retail consumer and foodservice sectors will be a great asset to us as we continue to grow our great company,” Roberts said in a press release. 

Having served on several industry committees, Kandt continues to volunteer with many local service organizations in Florida. He will be based out of Regal Springs’ Trading offices in Miramar, Florida.

Additional personnel shifts have transpired for Regal Springs this month – Patty Mann, Regal Springs Tilapia’s former fresh division sales manager, recently accepted a position with Oslo, Norway-based salmon and trout farming firm Cermaq. Mann will serve as Cermaq’s business development manager, and will be based out of Miami, Florida.
