The Alaskan Jack’s Seafood Corporation will introduce salmon dumplings in three varieties – salmon Florentine, lemon and dill salmon and salmon and chive – and a new salmon burger this fall 2016, keeping in step with the company’s overarching philosophy of driving innovation in the frozen, value-added category.

This also continues our charge to grow and build ongoing excitement in the value-added frozen seafood category.”
Each of the dumplings features wild-caught, Alaskan pink salmon, and are made in the United States using all-natural, GMO-free ingredients.

The dumplings are packed in a 10-ounce tray, and come 16 units per package. The dumplings take four minutes to cook, according to the company, and have a suggested retail price of USD 5.99 (EUR 5.38).
Additionally, Alaskan Jack’s has introduced a new bacon-flavored salmon burger, which is also comprised of Alaskan pink salmon. The company has the retail pricing per unit delivered of the salmon burgers set at USD 3.29 (EUR 2.95).
