AmazonFresh in the United Kingdom began carrying The Saucy Fish Co.’s frozen seafood meals in late July.
AmazonFresh recently added 42 new postcodes to its delivery area. The service is now available in 302 postcodes across London and southeast England.
AmazonFresh will sell Saucy Fish’s Salmon with Chilli, Lime and Ginger Dressing, Sea Bass with Salsa Verde, Smoked Haddock with Vintage Cheddar and Chive Sauce and two fishcake varieties. Saucy Fish’s chilled range is already available for same-day delivery via AmazonFresh.
“We’re delighted to have secured a frozen listing with AmazonFresh; their quick and convenient online service is ideal for Saucy’s new generation of frozen shoppers,” Saucy Fish Sales and Marketing Director Amanda Webb said.
Since launching its frozen fish line in Sainsbury’s stores nationwide in the U.K. in February, 80 percent of Saucy Fish’s spend has been incremental to Sainsbury’s frozen fish category as a whole, according to the supplier.
