While most restaurant chains add seafood dishes during the Lenten season, one large operator is going bigger, offering new seafood specials from early April through mid-June.
Brio Tuscan Grille, owned by Bravo/Brio Restaurant Group, which operates more than 1,000 restaurants, recently launched a Seafood Celebration featuring seafood items for lunch and dinner.
New entrees include Strawberry Balsamic Salmon Salad; Grilled Salmon Fresca; Shrimp Mediterranean, which includes spicy grilled shrimp, orzo, farro, broccoli, asparagus, grape tomatoes, spinach, feta, and pesto vinaigrette; and Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli.
"Spring is the ideal season to present a seafood celebration for our guests, as well as our limited time gift card promotion," said Alison Peters, BRIO’s chef and culinary director, in a press release. ”We are excited to serve these fresh, delicious dishes.”
