Red Lobster brings back Endless Shrimp promotion

Timed with the Labor Day holiday in the United States on 3 September, Red Lobster is bringing back its Endless Shrimp promotion.

For the current Endless Shrimp promotion, Red Lobster is featuring two new dishes: Crunchy Fiesta Shrimp, which entails crispy tortilla-crusted shrimp that is topped with a three-cheese sauce and pico de gallo; and Sesame-Ginger Grilled Shrimp, which is grilled shrimp drizzled with a savory soy-ginger sauce and topped with sesame seasoning.

Red Lobster is also bringing back Endless Shrimp fan favorites, including Shrimp Linguini Alfredo, Garlic Shrimp Scampi, and Hand-Breaded Shrimp.

The revival of its Endless Shrimp promotion isn’t the only big news the seafood franchise has shared recently. The Orlando, Florida-based chain of 749 restaurants announced that it will soon be opening its first restaurant in the Philippines at the S Maison at Conrad Manila in Pasay. The restaurant’s grand opening is tentatively planned for the fourth quarter of 2018, ABS CBN News reported.

After the Philippines, Red Lobster will open units in China and Taiwan, according to the company.

“We’re America’s number-one seafood restaurant. We are 28 years in Asia, and we’re opening up new partnerships here in Asia, starting with the Bistro Group,” Catherine Souders, Red Lobster’s director of Asia operations, told ABS CBN. “We’re excited to bring some signature combinations or some species that are not as prevalent in the market."

As such, the new Philippines location will have fan favorite dishes such as Maine lobster tail and North American snow crab legs on the menu, Souders said.
