“Devon has recently undergone a menu ‘refresh’ which added a number of locally and regionally-sourced seafood, steak and vegetable items to its offerings,” Katie Wysocki, general manager of the restaurant, told SeafoodSource. “This includes walleye, one of Wisconsin’s best-known and iconic gamefish.”
