7 ways to promote seafood as a 'healthy' option

Around the world, consumers have resolved to eat healthier in the New Year. There is no better time than the present for restaurants and retailers to promote the health benefits of seafood. “The start of the year is a great time to press the reset button and add more nutrients into our diets. Customers will be thinking about getting healthier and would appreciate meals that offer flavor and that are healthy all in one dish,” said Linda Cornish, executive director of Seafood Nutrition Partnership (SNP).
