“It is with great pleasure that I’m making this transition to chairman of the board,” Founder Noah Clark said in the release. “Ryan truly has lifelong industry experience and knowledge of our company. The Town Dock is in very capable hands, and I am confident of Ryan’s ability to lead The Town Dock into the future. He has been preparing for his new role as my successor for several years, and now is the right time for him to take my place at the helm of the company.”
Ryan Clark has 21 years of experience working at The Town Dock, most recently serving as the company’s vice president. In that role, he oversaw the strategic direction of the company. Prior to his role as vice president, he worked as The Town Dock’s general manager, overseeing the company’s research and development, plant sanitation, quality assurance and operating budget.
“I am honored to be leading our team here at The Town Dock, and look forward to the challenge of driving future growth,” Ryan Clark said. “It’s the people in our organization who deserve the most credit for our company’s continued success. I am fortunate to be part of this dedicated and experienced group. We have the strongest management team in our company’s history surrounding me, and I am excited about the opportunities ahead of us.”
