Export prices for Atlantic salmon from Norway increased in the 47th week of 2025, which took place 17 to 23 November, according to the Sitagri Salmon Index (SISALMONI).

The Sitagri Salmon Index produces a weekly spot price and salmon futures for fresh, headed, gutted, Atlantic salmon from Norway, which it draws from information shared by a panel of participating companies.  Week 47’s average per-kilogram price of Norwegian salmon of all sizes reached NOK 82.14 (USD 8.12, EUR 7.00).
