Discard plans put in place for the Mediterranean and Black Sea

The European Commission (EC) has adopted two delegated regulations establishing discard plans for certain demersal fisheries in the Mediterranean and in the Black Sea. Discard plans are temporary measures that gradually phase-out of discards and put in place the EU Landing Obligation.
