Getting saucy at SENA: Braswell’s highlights new product line
Georgia, U.S.A.-based company Braswell’s will be in Boston next week for the 2017 Seafood Expo North America/Seafood Processing North America event, showcasing the company's extensive assortment of seafood-enhancing sauces, dips, jams, jellies, preserves, dressings and marinades – including a brand-new product line.
Braswell’s Select’s new Seafood Collection comes complete with condiments and flavors such as Seafood Remoulade Sauce, Sweet Bourbon Glaze, Coastal Ketchup, Fish Taco Marinade, Seafood Cocktail Sauce and Tangy Lemon Caper Sauce. Dry rub seasoning blends, salsas, finishing glazes and hot sauces are also featured within the new line.
“Braswell’s Select Seafood Collection is a comprehensive assortment of sauces, seasonings, marinades and dips that were developed to make it easy for cooks of all skill levels to prepare restaurant quality seafood dishes in the comfort of their own home,” according to the company. “Our Seafood Collection helps consumers incorporate their favorite treats from the sea into their everyday menus, which is key to a healthy diet.”
Each installment in the Seafood Collection is “designed for shelf appeal,” and certain sauces within the product line are now available in reusable CARAFE containers, “another sustainable solution” for retail seafood departments, said Braswell’s, which has been in business since 1946.
Braswell’s will be introducing a new shipping and display capacity in 2017, it said – by selecting the Seafood Shipper option, retailers and foodservice personnel will be able to receive and display 36 units (one case) of each of the following: Seafood Remoulade Sauce, Sweet Bourbon Glaze, Coastal Ketchup, Fish Taco Marinade, Seafood Cocktail Sauce and Tangy Lemon Caper Sauce.
Braswell’s will be exhibiting at booth No. 2422 at SENA from 19 to 21 March, 2017.
