TV personality to rep Selonda at SENA

Diane Kochilas, the star of National Public Television’s upcoming show "My Greek Table,” will make an appearance at the 2017 Seafood Expo North America on behalf of Greek sea bass and sea bream producer Selonda.

“My Greek Table” will be have an initial run of 13 episodes, each 30 minutes in length. The show will explore the “authentic Mediterranean diet,” and has been shot on location in Greece, including in Athens, Crete, Santorini and Kochilas’ home island, Ikaria. The show premieres in September 2017.

Kochilas is a chef, cookbook author and “passionate pioneer of healthy Greek cuisine, on the forefront of bringing healthy, delicious Greek cuisine to as wide and mainstream an audience as possible,” according to Selonda. She is a consulting chef at Committee restaurant in Boston, Massachusetts, has developed menus for Greek restaurants around the world, and has lectured on Greek cuisine at the Culinary Institute of America and the Hattori School of Cooking and Nutrition in Tokyo, Japan.

Kochilas will appear at the Selonda booth, Booth #2617, at Seafood Expo North America in Boston from 19 to 21 March, offering Selonda’s existing and prospective customers samples of her cooking with the company’s fresh Greek sea bass and sea bream.
