Ecuadorian shrimps are renowned for their fine flavor and firm flesh. These exceptional characteristics are obtained through an extensive farming of carefully selected shrimps in a preserved natural and ASC certified environment. Already peeled and cooked, they are ready to eat: as an appetizer, in a salad or even warm as a side dish.

Ecuadorian Schrimps, Easy Peel

Easy-Peel shrimp are easy to peel, even with cutlery, thanks to their slotted backs. These prawns have been raised in an ASC certified farm as an environmentally and socially responsible product in Ecuador, without preservatives and artificial flavors. They are delicious in the pan or on the grill: cooking in the shell protects from drying out and preserves the taste. A guaranteed effect on the plate for these spectacular and tasty shrimps!

Coho Salmon

A delicious salmon with fine and tender flavour ! With its unique and intense colour as well as his delicous texture and taste, Coho salmon stands out as a high-quality fish. Coho salmon is ASC-certified, responsibly raised in the Pacific Ocean  in a protected environment that emphasizes environmental protection, biodiversity, and water resource preservation. Ideal for steaming, poaching or frying, Coho salmon is the basis for creativeculinary experiences, offering a class of its own in seafood enjoyment.

Sustainable Frutti Di Mare

The mussels and shrimps come from ASC farms, while the squid come from MSC fisheries. The individual ingredients of the new sustainable Frutti di Mare are carefully sorted, selected and blended together at the Escal factory to create the ideal mix. The preparation is done in the Escal tradition: a touch of salt added to this high quality seafood mix to adapt to various chilled or warm recipes as desired.

Coral-free scallops

These coral-free scallops are delicious au naturel, simply seared in a pan. These scallops are coming from a sustainable MSC certified fishery and are characterized by their freshness and irresistible ocean flavor. Delightful and convenient, they can be tasted raw, in carpaccio, or warm, just seared in a pan under different recipes.

Our Calamar Romana are prepared from MSC-Squid rings carefully selected and coated with a thin crispy crumb. Our squid rings come from responsible certified MSC fishing.
