Benchmark CFO steps down

Aquaculture health, nutrition, and genetics business Benchmark has announced that Mark Plampin will step down from his current role of chief financial officer (CFO) to pursue other opportunities.

Plampin has been the company’s CFO for the past nine years. He will continue in the role until a successor is appointed.

"On behalf of the board, I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mark for his considerable contribution during his time with the group and wish him every success in the future,” Peter George, chairman of Benchmark, said. “We have begun the search for his successor and look forward to updating on progress and ensuring a smooth handover of duties in due course.”
