Beaver Street expands ready-to-cook line

Beaver Street Fisheries of Jacksonville, Fla., has expanded its Seasoned Selection product line with its fully prepared, ready-to-cook Signature line.

Marketed under the Sea Best brand, the seven new products offer two-serving portions of pre-seasoned finfish or shellfish topped or stuffed with a variety of flavor profiles and packaged in microwavable, oven-safe containers.

The seven items are:

• Tilapia Florentine: tilapia fillets stuffed with spinach and a blend of cream, mozzarella cheese, red peppers and ?herbs

• Spinach & Artichoke Filefish: light-textured fillets stuffed with spinach, artichoke heart, Parmesan cheese and ?herbs

• Potato Crusted Cod: cod fillets seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic powder and topped with cheddar cheese and ?chive seasoned hash browns

• Caribbean Mango Swai: sweet chili-glazed swai fillets crusted with mango, onion and coconut

• Stuffed Clams: large chunks of whole clams, blended with ?herbs and stuffing and nestled in a natural clam shell

• Shrimp & Grits: cooked shrimp combined with buttermilk grits, roasted red peppers, onions, Parmesan and shredded ?cheddar cheese

• Maine Lobster Cakes: lobster meat, lightly dressed with lemon herb mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and panko bread ?crumbs
