Clear Springs Foods has added Ruby Red Rainbow Trout to its product line.
The Buhl, Idaho, company’s farmed Ruby Red Rainbow Trout is raised in Peruvian inland waters. Available in 4-, 6- and 8-ounce natural fillets and 6- and 8-ounce butterfly styles, the fillets lend themselves to a variety of preparations.
The boneless fillets for the foodservice market can be grilled, poached, broiled or baked in 12 minutes or less.
