U.S. supermarket chain, Publix, is now featuring farmed cobia from Open Blue.
Publix will highlight the fish throughout the month of March and a week into April, offering discounted prices, samples and recipes.
During the final week of promotion, beginning 3 April, Publix will feature freshly filleted cobia in the company’s Publix Aprons Simple Meals program. Along with the samples, there will be recipe cards with the product providing meal idea. In addition, a recipe can be found online on the company’s website as a featured recipe of the month.
The cobia will be available at all 1,077 Publix locations in Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, North Carolina and South Carolina.
