California, U.S.-based Fuji Food Products, the fresh food manufacturing division of Meruelo Group, has announced the launch of their Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Bowl under the Okami brand.
The product will be available at more than 75 select Costco locations throughout California, Nevada, Arizona and Colorado.
“The Okami brand has a long history of delivering great tasting quality products to our customers, and we are excited for the opportunity to share our new fresh and savory Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Bowl with Costco and its members,” said Joe Marchica, Fuji Food Products CEO.
The fresh, fully cooked Wild Caught Alaskan Salmon Bowl contains green beans, miso ginger glaze with rice and wheat berry. It can be ready in 2-2 1/2 minutes and the complete heat and serve bowl comes in a package of 2 and is sold for USD 8.99 (EUR 6.99).

In addition to Costco, the Okami brand can be found in leading grocery retailers across the country including Ralphs, Kroger, Albertsons, Vons, Stater Bros., Publix, Smart & Final and Fresh & Easy.
