Harbor Seafood launches foodservice division

Harbor Seafood, Inc., of New Hyde Park, N.Y., has launched a dedicated foodservice division that offers nationwide broker coverage, regional managers, account executives, a full customer service team and culinary support to help expand and increase the company’s sales and marketing presence throughout the country.

“The implementation of our foodservice division is further proof of the dedication that Harbor Seafood has pledged towards growing and supporting our customers in every way possible,” said Christian Limberg, president of Harbor Seafood. “We truly believe we’re in the service business, not just the seafood business.”

Harbor assembled a team of veterans with culinary expertise and sales experience. Its new team consists of: Alex Cook, senior director of foodservice; Amie Stone (Northeast), Jonathan Heinold (mid-Atlantic), Mario Silvestri (Southeast), Mark Heldman (Central) and Nick LeVasseur (West Coast), regional managers; Andrew DeBardelaben (Northeast), Josh deBin (Southeast), Mike Kienke (mid-Atlantic), account executives; Alyssa Connor, foodservice customer service manager; and John Zervas, foodservice support specialist.
