King & Prince Seafood has added 10 battered and breaded pollock options to its Oceanway seafood line.
Available in a variety of shapes and portion sizes, the products are suitable for sandwiches, fish and chips, fish tacos, salad toppings, custom platters, buffets, kids’ menus and more.
“In today’s environment, operators need help creating more great-tasting fish options at prices that make their guests feel comfortable, so they’ll come back more often,” said L.B. Watkins, associate category manager for fish at King & Prince. “Everyone loves pollock, and we have the global resources to deliver great values, so this was a natural for us.”
The Oceanway line was originally developed to give operators with budget restrictions a way to access dependable and consistent quality seafood items with an emphasis on guest-pleasing flavor, along with operator versatility and cost management. In addition to the new items, the line includes a full selection of breaded shrimp.
