NFI debuts restaurant-focused newsletter

The National Fisheries Institute (NFI) has launched a seasonal newsletter called “Hooked” to keep its restaurant-industry members informed of the latest information related to seafood.

The first issue of the newsletter launches this month and is available to NFI members, who are in turn encouraged to distribute it to their foodservice customers.

“For years now, health professionals have been encouraging Americans to eat seafood twice a week, and we know smart restaurant choices can help people meet that goal,” said Jennifer McGuire, a registered dietitian and manager of nutrition communications for NFI. “It’s our hope that through the Hooked newsletters, we can help foodservice find new and innovative ways to give consumers the options and information they clearly want.”
