P.F. Chang's China Bistro yesterday rolled out a new Chinese Grill Menu that includes Citrus Soy Wild Salmon.
The line-caught Alaska salmon is seasoned with lemon wasabi oil, grilled and served with a citrus soy sauce and steamed rice. The dish is priced at $17.
P.F. Chang's China Bistro is based in Scottsdale, Ariz., and has more than 100 locations nationwide.
