Phillips Foods has announced the expansion of its retail sales team to spearhead its retail growth strategies for 2013 and beyond.
Kerry Frye has been appointed regional retail sales manager for the west coast. Frye, with more than 20 years of seafood sales experience, has been tasked with growing Phillips’ west coast retail sales.
John Baxter is regional retail sales manager for the east coast. Baxter has nearly 20 years of food sales experience and more than 10 years in seafood specifically and will be responsible for new account placement and increasing east coast retail sales.
Tom Sherman is the new VP of retail and club store sales.
“We are excited to add proven, top performers like Kerry and John to our retail sales team,” said Sherman. “With their cumulative proven successful track records, I feel highly confident that, with this team, we will be able to exceed our aggressive growth goals as well as increase our level of service we provide to all our customers.”
