The Saucy Fish Co. is expanding its fish and sauce range with two new products featuring tilapia and cod.
The tilapia product, according to the company, is intended to be Asian style, with red chili, ginger, lime and mango in its dressing. The cod fillets come with a green pesto dressing and basil crumb.
“We’re confident our new tilapia and cod products offer something a bit different to those for looking for inspiration and convenience at mealtimes,” said Simon Smith, sales and marketing director at Saucy Fish.
Both products are expected to retail in the UK for GBP 4 (USD 6.21, EUR 4.70). Both products will be available at Morrisons stores and online at Ocado. The tilapia will also be available at Sainsbury’s.
