During the SeafoodSource webinar held on 16 November, SeafoodSource Editor Steven Hedlund presented the results of SeaFood Business magazine’s survey of foodservice professionals in the United States. The biennial survey was conducted online between 15 and 30 September. Survey questions were aimed at examining the biggest challenges facing seafood restaurateurs, indentifying customer concerns, seafood-sourcing challenges, restaurant traffic and other timely topics.
