The Sitagri Salmon Index (SISALMONI) has reported that prices for Norwegian farmed salmon fell again in Week 3 of 2026, to an average per kilogram price for all sized salmon of NOK 79.60 (USD 7.90, EUR 6.75), marking the third week of decline since a holiday boost saw headed, gutted, fresh Atlantic salmon rising to NOK 98.93 (USD 9.82, EUR 8.39) during the last week of 2025.
