American Samoa says fishery deals 'hurting'

The Governor of American Samoa says the fishery treaties between the United States and its allies is hurting the territory.

Lolo Matalasi Moliga says he is bringing the issue to the attention of the U.S. Department of Interior officer Eileen Sobeck.

He says the bilateral agreements give special treatment to the allied countries regarding product quotas on fish exported to the U.S.
