Bering Sea groundfish catch limits set

The North Pacific Fishery Management Council set the limits for Bering Sea and Aleutian Islands groundfish species today.

Pollock fishermen will have the largest share of the 2 million metric ton cap in 2014, with a total allowable catch, or TAC, of 1.267 million metric tons for the eastern Bering Sea.
