Bumble Bee Foods on Thursday announced a partnership with top-ranked U.S. tennis player Mardy Fish.
The partnership teams Olympic athlete Fish with Bumble Bee celebrity chef Scott Leibfried to promote better nutrition and healthier lifestyles.
Over the past two years, Bumble Bee has joined with Liebfried to help demonstrate and grow awareness around the simplicity and versatility of ways to incorporate seafood in every day meals or recipes. Fish has been recognized for his return to the tennis scene after making significant changes to his diet and fitness program.
Fish and Liebfried will be featured in upcoming new campaigns as well as established consumer education platforms such as Bumble Bee’s signature BeeWell for Life program.
“Health and fitness have been a huge part of my re-emergence and the reasons I’ve been consistent,” said Fish. “I’m at an exciting time in my tennis career and that’s because I’ve had to make a lot of sacrifices including a complete lifestyle change as far as my eating habits are concerned.
