Marel’s first Whitefish ShowHow, a seafood processing equipment demonstration and training event, will be held on 26 November in Copenhagen, Denmark.
Held at the company’s Progress Point demonstration center near the city’s Kastrup Airport, Marel’s event brings together whitefish industry leaders from all over the world to discuss the latest trends and hear guest speakers address some of the key issues the industry faces.
“After 14 successful Salmon ShowHows, the Whitefish ShowHow will be dedicated entirely to the whitefish processing industry,” explains Stella Kristinsdottir, marketing manager-fish industry at Marel. “The event offers visitors the chance to experience our industry leading equipment first hand in a simulated processing plant environment.”
Marel will demonstrate how its equipment and software solutions help optimize raw material utilization, reduce processing times and labor costs, and improve processes throughout the whitefish processing value chain.
