Marine Harvest this week announced it’s offer was accepted for a total of 3,858,351 shares, constituting a total of 50.8 percent of outstanding shares in Morpol.

Marine Harvest nets more of Morpol
In mid-December, Marine Harvest announced it had entered into an agreement to acquire 48.5 percent of the shares in Morpol and in mid-January, it launched a mandatory offer for the remaining shares.
