NBK Capital offloads stake in Turkish aquaculture company

NBK Capital Partners, a Dubai-based private equity firm, has sold off its 20 percent stake in Turkish aquaculture company Kiliç Deniz.

By way of the NBK Capital Equity Partners Fund, the equity outfit was able to purchase its 20 percent stake in 2010. It was the fifth deal the company made in Turkey at the time. The current sale exists as the fund’s sixth realization – according to Unquote.com, two portfolio companies remain.

As of now, a detailed exit strategy for divesting Kiliç Deniz has not been divulged by NBK.

Back in 2010, Kiliç Deniz reported USD 140 million (EUR 123 million). The latest financials have not be disclosed.
