Morpol ASA on Wednesday appointed Mariusz Redaszka as CFO. Redaszka will work with current CFO Steven Rafferty until he leaves his position.
Redaszka has 15 years of experience in financial management. Since 2005 he has held the position of CFO at Wyborowa S.A. (Pernod Ricard Group), where he was responsible for key projects including operational and financial optimisation, commercial performance and profitability improvement.
Redaszka helped double the group’s turnover during his six years there and was integral in developing and executing the strategy that grew the Wyborowa and Ballantine’s brands in Poland.
From 2000 to 2004 Redaszka was the finance director of Lafarge Gips Polska, overseeing the integration of newly acquired business into the Lafarge Group, JV’s operational and legal aspects, external development projects and organic growth of the business.
Redaszka holds a business degree from the Warsaw School of Economics and a master of business administration from the University of Calgary.
