SeafoodDebtors.com on Thursday announced that it hired Gerry Sullivan to oversee its commercial collection division.
Formerly corporate credit manager for food wholesaler and distributor Agar Supply of Taunton, Mass., Sullivan will oversee the commercial collections division of SeafoodDebtors.com, RestaurantDebtors.com and The Fisheries Exchange.
Sullivan previously worked at Colonial Provisions and Century Packing in both a sales and credit capacity.
"Gerry brings a lot of skills to the table at a time when the business is really taking off," said SeafoodDebtors CEO Neal Workman. "Gerry has a history of successful assembling and managing teams of commercial collectors. The fact that he comes from the food industry and has experience dealing with the restaurant and retail trade is a bonus."
Boston-based SeafoodDebtors provides commercial collection services for the meat, poultry, produce and seafood industries throughout North America.
