Newport International, producer of the Jack’s Catch brand, recently announced that it finalized its merger with Crab Associates LLC and its Pacific Cove brand.
Both companies’ customers will benefit from access to a larger selection of premium crabmeat, shrimp, finfish, lobster, surimi seafood and value-added seafood products, said Newport International.
Based in St. Petersburg, Fla., both companies have “well-established” brands and “excellent reputations” in the wholesale seafood market, said Newport International.
Newport International will become the new headquarters for Pacific Cove.
