Santa Monica Seafood on Friday announced that it completed construction on its new Las Vegas distribution hub.
The 3,825-square-foot facility features sales and customer-service offices, three loading docks and refrigerated and frozen storage.
"The greater Las Vegas market has taken on such critical importance and focus for us that not only have we brought in resident sales reps but we also felt it was essential to demonstrate our commitment to the foodservice industry in Las Vegas by having a permanent home here," said Dave Litle, the company's senior VP of sales and marketing.
Santa Monica Seafood has served the Las Vegas market since 1998, with six-day-a-week service of fresh and frozen seafood.
