Ngo Vi Tam Nguyen → CEO for Vinh Hoan ◊ The former sales and marketing director for Vinh Hoan, Ngo Vi Tam Nguyen, is now the pangasius farmer’s new CEO after Truong Thi Le Khanh vacated the position toward the end of last month. The decision to promote Tam Nguyen was one that aligns with the company’s year-long organization process undergone to “improve corporate governance,” said Vinh Hoan. Tam Nguyen has been with the company since 2003, when she was hired as a salesperson, receiving a promotion to sales manager in 2005 and then another promotion in 2008 to deputy general director. She joined the company’s executive team two years ago.
“As the group grew its production scale, she played an important role in expanding its marketing and branding activities to ensure that there is a corresponding demand for the Group’s products,” the company said in its release. “She built an international sales team that speaks multiple languages and is experienced in multiple distribution channels and major markets globally.”
