The Bonamar Corp., a direct source of seafood specializing in fresh, frozen and pasteurized crabmeat, has added Sean McGarvey to its foodservice division to focus on national accounts.
McGarvey, who served as VP at Maryland-based crab supplier Handy International from 2008 to 2012, brings more than 30 years of restaurant, sales and management experience to Bonamar.
McGarvey, who worked at Phillips Foods for more than 20 years, also worked at Stavis Seafoods in Boston and the restaurant company Brinker International. He will focus on U.S. sales from Bonamar’s corporate office in Doral, Fla.
