The Department of Commerce (DOC) is rescinding the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand for the period 1 February 2013, through 31 January 2014.
In February of this year, the DOC announced an opportunity of review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen warmwater shrimp from Thailand. The DOC received requests for review of the antidumping duty from the Ad Hoc Shrimp Trade Action Committee and the American Shrimp Processors Association (ASPA) and 163 individual companies.
On 1 July, ASPA and individual Thailand shrimp companies withdrew all requests for an administrative review, resulting in the DOC rescinding the review.
