US government looking to buy 360,000 pounds of catfish strips

The United States government wants to buy 360,000 pounds of breaded catfish strips for the National School Lunch Program and other assistance programs.

In a recent notice, the United States Department of Agriculture said that bids must be submitted by 24 October, and deliveries will be made between 1 January, 2019, and 15 March, 2019.

The winning suppliers will be delivering frozen breaded catfish strips to Chicago, Illinois; Houston, Texas; Ripley, West Virginia; and Creedmoor, North Carolina.
