BAADER 2602 introduces a completely new way of cleaning crab: Instead of cleaning individual clusters, the BAADER 2602 conveys the whole crab maintaining strength of legs and improving resistance to external forces. Whole raw material processing minimizes leg damage and loss. Removing most raw material contaminants like barnacles, leech eggs, moss, and slime. With a selection of interchangeable brush sections and chain elements, the system can be adjusted quickly and easily for either foreign particle removal with chain percussion and or polishing.
BAADER 2802 is our answer to the market’s demand for more automation in snow crab processing. Keeping all the benefits of its predecessor 2801, the BAADER 2802 significantly improves safety and accuracy in snow crab splitting with unbeaten performance: The integrated human machine interface (HMI) allows for quick and easy changes of parameter settings and recipe control as well as clear error messaging and status reporting. Moreover, the HMI offers statistics and analytics internally on the screen or externally via cloud. The three processing tools (Carapace Remover, Carapace Deflector & Tail Remover) can be controlled individually from the HMI and adapt automatically based on the raw material size and positioning in the clamping system. This auto-adjustment of the processing tools increases production stability and significantly reduces processing defects.
