At The Kitchen, chefs serve them broiled or grilled with olive oil, salt, and herbs such as tarragon, parsley, cilantro and marjoram. “We marinate them for a few hours in the herb oil, and then they go on the grill,” Mendenhall said. At Two Chefs Seafood & Oyster Bar in Orlando, Fla., chefs serve a Creole Boiled Shrimp with mango coulis, avocado and radishes.
