Selonda sea bream receives superior taste award

Selonda, a Greek aquaculture company specializing in sea bream, is celebrating the International Taste and Quality Instititute’s granting of a Superior Taste Award to its fish.

Selonda’s sea bream received the highest possible score in a ranking performed by a jury consisting of 135 chefs and seafood connoisseurs. The award marks the first time sea bream from Greece has received the highest-level Superior Taste Award, according to a company press release.

The International Taste and Quality Institute jury is composed of members of 17 different nationalities from prestigious culinary institutions of Europe such as the Maitres Cuisiniers of France, the Academie Culinaire de France, the Academy of Culinary Arts, Euro-Toques, the Federazione Italiana Cuochi, the Nordic Chefs Association, the Federacion de Cocineros de Espana, the World Master Chefs Society, the Verband der Koeche Deutschlands, and the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale.
