CP Foods wins three awards at Asian Excellence Awards 2018

Charoen Pokphand Foods received a total of three awards at the “Asian Excellence Awards 2018,” Asia’s biggest investor relation award. 

This year marked the eighth year that the Asian Excellence Award has run. CP Foods received “Asia’s best CEO” (Investor Relations), awarded to Dhanin Chearavanont, chair of the board of directors; “Asia’s best CFO,” awarded to Paisan Chirakitcharern; and the “Best Investor Relations Company Award” for Thailand.

According to a release, the best investor relations award culminates from CP Foods' efforts to disclose information to investors and other stakeholders in a transparent manner.  

CP Foods also credited the CFO award to the “leadership and strong performance,” of Chirakitcharern, citing his credibility and transparency within the international arena. 

“The awards reflect the company’s highest standard in corporate governance,” the company said.
