Florida-based value-added seafood supplier Tampa Maid Foods has hired Chuck Pappas to take on the business development manager role for the company’s territory covering the Southeastern United States.
As part of his new role, Pappas will be in charge of honing and overseeing Tampa Maid’s foodservice distribution business, while also brokering a network for the company throughout the Southeast U.S.
Pappas has more than 20 years of experience in the seafood and foodservice industries, a tenure that includes 10 years with Tampa Bay Fisheries and Singleton Seafood as the firm’s national account manager, and eight years with Rich-SeaPak.
Residing in Lakeland, Florida, Pappas will work out of Tampa Maid’s headquarters in the same city.
