MRAG Americas has hired Chris Spring to offer sustainability auditing services.
The Florida-based company offers fishery consulting services, and Spring will provide Marine Stewardship Council (MSC) and Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC) chain of custody services in the Pacific Northwest and Canada.
“MRAG Americas welcomes Chris and the expanded capacity he brings to provide new and current clients with the high quality MSC certification and other seafood traceability services for which MRAG Americas is known,” said Bob Trumble, MRAG VP.
Spring has a background in seafood processing as well as seafood industry-specific consulting and certification. He has also worked with other seafood certification programs such as HACCP and GFSI.
